Wedding Ceremony Order

Before the wedding the entire wedding parties that are going to be in the ceremony go briefly over the service order and what we are going to do.I will organize with the sound and music people as to when the music and or special songs will be played.
 
We will coordinate with the wedding staff to help them know the order of the service and what will be needed 
We will need a small table up from for the sand exchange.
Processional music begins and the wedding staff begins to seat the guests. Once the guest s are seated,
The wedding party will line up for entrance.
 
 
• Groom and the pastor will be the first to go in. Pastor will position the groom to be facing the bride and guests. Bride’s family on the left facing the guests from the front, Grooms family on the right facing guests from the front.
 
• Then the best men and brides maids come in and get positioned.
 
 
Next the bride’s maids will be escorted in. Traditionally by the best men. This depends on how many best men there are and how many brides’ maids. If no escorts then they come in one at a time and position up front and face the bride. 
If we have a ring bearer they come and give me the ring or the best man takes care of giving the ring. 
Processional music stops. 
 
 
then ask everyone to rise and face the Bride. Wedding March begins.If you are having a flower girl she goes first scattering flower pedals.The Bride enters with her escort. At the 3rd they stop. 
 
• Groom goes to the 3rd row. The escort places her hand in the hand of the groom. he turns to face me with her and they finish coming to the front with me.
 
 
I give a brief welcome to the family and friends. You can have a couple of special songs. If at this point you want to have a special song we can. I will then read out of the Bible. If you have a special verse you can tell me or I will.
 
 
I then have an opening prayer  I will then give a brief message to the couple, I will then lead you in the exchange of Vows.
This can be your own or I can give you the vows and you repeat.
 
 
At this point I am going to signal you to face each other. We will have one of the brides maids come and get your bouquet. I will announce that we are now going to exchange wedding rings.
We can at this time have another special song.
 after the ring exchange I will say a brief prayer for you. The bride’s maid brings you back the Bouquet. 
I will then ask you to turn and face the guests. I will then pronounce you husband and wife.
 
 I will then ask you to face me again. At this point the groom will lift the veil of the bride. I will then give him permission to kiss the bride.Just a few things more we also introduce you as Mr and Mrs and allow you to exist the chapel.
