TYPICAL AGREEMENT

Wedding Service Agreement.

This is to confirm that Tropical Weddings Florida will be performing the wedding ceremony for 

_______________________________________________________

The wedding will be at______________________  Florida on the date of  __________ ,  the direction of the location of the Wedding will be supplied by the couple .

We are expecting between ________________guests, we have agreed to do the wedding and the services below for the price of ___________________ .

Additionally If you want to have Sakura Photography do your wedding photography the fee of_________$75. 00 Per Hour___ (2 hour Min) ____  You   will be supplied with the card from the Cameras so you will be able to take all the pictures with you, Included in the price, editing of 15 pictures of your choice.

This can be done at a later time in a few days. The following Items are included in the wedding: Also We will video tape the wedding and reception for $250.00(Please mark X here if this is something you would like) 

1. Officiate and Staff  for the ceremony

2. Sakura Photography can provide photography of the wedding and the reception

3. A deposit of  $150.00  as a deposit on the wedding and Photography. Balance may be paid by cash or credit card on the day of the wedding.

4. Music is not included in the guest being seated, the Bridal Company coming down, the bridal march and the Bridal Exit music. If this is needed, it would be an addition to the fee. Also additional fee for Video, DJ, Catering, Limo and other services as well as any special music of the wedding.

5. A planned meeting with the couple to discuss any special things they want to do in the wedding or Ceremony. Special songs or special music or anything special they wish to add to the service we will discuss we can discuss at this meeting, Any additional things needed for the Ceremony can be discussed and any additional prices needed beyond the wedding ceremony and the photography can be decided at this meeting ex special singers or instrument players.

6. Venue hall and decorations serving and food or DJ services are not included in the price.

7. The couple agrees to supply someone that would be the event organizer if we are only performing officiant, photography or any unrelated venue or party planning that we can co -ordinate with on the day of the wedding.
